**Job Description:**

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- **Problem Resolution:** Address customer concerns and complaints efficiently; escalate issues when necessary to the appropriate team, all while maintaining a positive attitude.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Astro Malaysia's products, services, and promotions to provide customers with accurate information and enhance their overall experience.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed reports on customer feedback and service quality metrics.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to drive customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in services or products.
- **Project Management:** Assist in managing and executing innovative projects aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency, collaborating with stakeholders as necessary.
- **Feedback Implementation:** Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for continuous improvement of services and workflow processes.
- **Quality Assurance:** Prioritize quality in every aspect of your work, ensuring that all interactions reflect the highest standards of customer service.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or care role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is a plus; ability to convey complex information clearly and assertively.
- **Empathy and Patience:** A strong ability to empathize with customers and demonstrate patience in challenging situations.
