**Job Description:**
As a Customer Care Representative at Petronas, you will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with our customers by providing excellent service and support. This part-time position offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers, addressing inquiries and issues related to Petronas products and services.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and evaluate customers' needs in order to meet their expectations effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, escalating complex matters to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Petronas products, services, and promotions to provide informed responses to customer queries.
- Document customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices, promoting a cohesive work environment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Contribute to team goals and support initiatives aimed at improving overall customer service and efficiency.

### **Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
- Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay or other languages is a plus.
- Resilient and driven personality, with a natural ability to pursue customer satisfaction even in challenging situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on cooperation and teamwork.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
