Job Description:

As a Customer Service Assistant at Malaysia Airlines Berhad, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers remotely from your location in George Town, Penang. This is a full-time, entry-level position suitable for individuals with little to no experience in the field.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and processing refunds.3. Provide information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and other airline-related inquiries.4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.6. Stay up-to-date on airline policies and procedures.7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.8. Proactively seek feedback from customers to improve services.

Requirements:1. Motivated and resilient individual who can handle high-stress situations.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with colleagues.4. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite.5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.7. High school diploma or equivalent.
