**Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support:** Engage with customers via various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

- **Problem Resolution:** Identify customer problems or concerns and employ effective problem-solving skills to recommend solutions that align with company policies and procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- **Documentation Management:** Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's customer management system to maintain a comprehensive and organized record of customer history.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Perodua products and services to provide accurate information and enhance the customer experience.

- **Feedback Implementation:** Gather customer feedback and suggest areas for service improvement and product enhancements to the management team as part of our commitment to continuously improve our service quality.

- **Collaborative Teamwork:** Work collaboratively with other team members to foster a positive working environment and contribute to team objectives and targets.

- **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of product offerings.

- **Crisis Management:** Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in handling customer escalations or challenging interactions, ensuring that the customer feels heard and valued.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:** A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in relevant fields is a plus but not mandatory.

- **Experience:** No prior experience is required; however, any exposure to customer service roles in the past will be considered an advantage.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including word processing and spreadsheet tools. Ability to navigate online customer service platforms and tools is essential.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.

- **Personality Traits:**
