As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the face and voice of our bank, responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will interact with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their banking needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. 
 Key Responsibilities: 



- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests. 


- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance checks, and transaction history 


- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction 


- Assist customers with account-related tasks, such as address changes, account closures, and card replacements 


- Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and security

; Requirements:-  Qualifications: 



-Degree holder with min 1 year customer service/contact centre experience


-Degree holder with no experience (fresh grad)


-Diploma holder with min 2 years experience


-Diploma holder with less than 2 years experience or fresh grad


-SPM*/STPM holder with minimum 2 years customer service experience


-*SPM holder must have Credit in Math and Eng


-#NoExperienceNeeded Campaign

Working Schedule ( Shift basis )
Working hours - Start work between 8am to 11pm (8 hours per day – excl 1 hour break). 
 Benefits: 



-Potential to be converted as Permanent subject to performance
