The Customer Success cum Telesales Officer is responsible for handling inbound and outbound conversations to assist customers, provide product/service information, resolve issues, and upsell or cross-sell products/services. This role is key to maintaining customer satisfaction and driving sales growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
What you will do
-Engage with prospects from social media and calls who express interest in the company's products and services, including consistent follow-up to ensure lead conversion through calls and chats.
-Meet or exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
-Secure an appointment with a prospect and eventually convert to become a customer
-Coordinate with outlets to cater for any appointment changes where applicable
-Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chats to address inquiries, concerns, and requests.
-Make outbound calls, chats, and emails to potential and existing customers to promote products, services, and special offers.
-Identify customer needs, offer appropriate products or services, and provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions in the CRM system.
-Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on customer engagement strategies.
-Share customer feedback and insights with relevant departments to improve products and services.
-Experience in using Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP) to effectively manage customer interactions and track customer journeys.
-Leverage the platform's features to optimize customer communication and sales opportunities.

-Passionate about building rapport with customers and recommending solutions that best suit their needs
-Prior experience in customer service hospitality industry is preferred
-Ability to speak and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is a must
-Willing to work on rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
