Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all sales administration processes, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth workflows.Manage customer reviews and feedback, addressing concerns and driving improvements in customer satisfaction.Maintain and regularly update the customer database to ensure accurate and timely information.Handle customer complaints with prompt follow-up, ensuring resolution and a positive customer experience.Process customer orders, including confirmations, cancellations, and changes, while maintaining high attention to detail.Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.Prepare comprehensive monthly sales reports for the Managing Director, providing key insights into performance.Collaborate with related departments to ensure on-time deliveries and seamless operations.Maximize productivity and optimize processes to reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.Respond to incoming calls and emails professionally, providing accurate product and service information to customers.Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, guiding them in resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently.Ensure compliance with all legal regulations, company policies, and ISO standards.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in Water Treatment Industry.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficient in using SQL software, Microsoft Office.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.Key Competencies:
