Customer Service

Responsibilities : To meet customer expectations and requests with regards to paint, repairs and vehicle body works.Assess the liability, advise customer on estimated repair cost and best method to pursue insurance claims (OD / TP / Cash)Liaise and negotiate with surveyor / insurance companies to get the best repair cost.Responsible to work as per SOP, workshop and safety working environment.Any other jobs that assigned by immediate superior from time to time.Receive & attend to body and paint customer repair needs.Liaise with parts department on parts availability.Any additional job assigned by superior need to complete in timely manner.To submit claim on Merimen.Qualifications: Possess a Certificate / Diploma in Automotive Engineering / Business / or its equivalent.At least 2 years of working experience as a customer service advisor.Able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure.Self-motivated with good problem solving and decision-making skills.Proactive, Flexible and multi-tasking responsibilities.
