Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.4. Requirements:
