Customer Service Executive (Technical Team)

Position available: 2 vacant positions (Johor Bahru and Shah Alam)

Main Job Description Service Scheduling: Manage incoming service requests and coordinate service engineers' schedules.Documentation & Support: Prepare necessary documents for service jobs and assist with arranging any required equipment.Quotations & Orders: Create and follow up on service quotations, process customer orders, and manage internal requests.Record Keeping: Track ongoing service jobs and maintain service-related records.Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and service engineers to ensure smooth operations. Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers).At least 3 years of working experience in customer service is required for this position.Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and possess their own transport.Able to communicate effectively in a team environment.Fast learner with the ability to quickly acquire new product knowledge.
