Customer Service Officer Cum Planning

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma
• Preferably within 1-2 years of working experiences in manufacturing environment. 
• Computer literate (Good in data computation using Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Able to work under pressure.
• Excellent planning and time management skills. 
• Good communication and negotiation skills to interact with various team members team 
Job Descriptions:
• Schedule orders for plant to meet the requirement of the customers.
• Coordinate with customers on all issues pertaining to delivery schedules.
• Liaise with customers on her projected sales performance and plan to accommodate any sudden demand for capacity.
• Perform material forecasting to ensure the availability of materials. 
• Manage and clear backlog of customers to fulfill the requirements of customers.
• Expedite and follow-up with the respective departments on daily urgent products for immediate actions.
