Salary: RM2,000- Rm2,500
Location: Tanjung aru
Woking hours: 9:30am-6:30pm 
5.5days, Tue off full day,Wed off half day morning
Duties
- Handle inbound/outbound inquiries from various channels (WHATSAPP,OTA app, and Phone calls)
- Handle guests check in/out and cleaner's tasks
-Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
-Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
-Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of working experience, can include part-time and internships
- Language: Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
-Able to work 5.5 days a week
