 Responsibilities: Achieve the company's Revenue Annual Operating Plan (AOP) target.Coordinate customer demand loading and work with the scheduler to align internal plans with customer shipment schedules.Support the factory in reviewing material availability and capacity constraints.Prepare regular reports for the Department Manager on material status, inventory levels, quality and delivery, safety issues, and cost savings.Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and customer satisfaction, while meeting individual and departmental objectives.Reduce excess and aging inventory within the factory.Assist the finance team in securing on-time payments from customers. Requirements: At least 5 years of working experience in Plastic Manufacturing or related to Supply Chain activitiesLeverage strong analytical skills to assess demand waterfalls based on customer demand trends.
