- **Information Management**: Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records within the company's CRM system.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and provide informed recommendations.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement in service processes and customer interaction techniques, collaborating with management to implement strategies for enhancement.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and management to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
- **Feedback Collection**: Actively solicit and compile customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.

- **Performance Tracking**: Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
### Requirements:
**Educational Background:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
**Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and standard office applications.
- Comfortable with remote work technology, including video conferencing and messaging platforms.
