**Job Description:**

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex matters to the appropriate departments when necessary.

2. **Relationship Management:**

3. **Product Knowledge:**
- Develop a thorough understanding of Tenaga Nasional Berhad's products and services, enabling you to provide insightful guidance to customers.

4. **Data Management:**
- Accurately record and manage customer interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Associate degree or equivalent experience; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in customer support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with telecommunications or energy sectors is an advantage.
