### Job Description:

QSR Brands is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable **Customer Success Assistant** to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a self-starter who can thrive in a remote working environment while delivering exceptional support to our customers. In this position, you will be integral to ensuring customer satisfaction, driving retention, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Relations:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner.

- **Onboarding & Training:** Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, guiding them through our products and services, demonstrating features, and ensuring they gain maximum value.

- **Service Excellence:** Monitor customer usage and engagement, proactively reaching out to offer assistance, gather feedback, and suggest enhancements or additional services that align with their needs.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to relay customer feedback and insights, thereby contributing to product improvement and roadmap.

- **Project Management:** Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with customer expectations and company standards.

- **Documentation & Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, prepare reports concerning customer success metrics, and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.

- **Issue Resolution:** Effectively resolve escalated customer issues, utilizing problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- **Feedback Loop:** Gather and analyze customer feedback, reporting common pain points and potential areas for innovation to relevant internal teams.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in customer service, business administration, or a related field.

- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years in a customer success or similar role.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other related digital tools.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong **teamwork** ethic with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Outstanding **project management** skills to juggle multiple tasks and keep projects on track and within budget.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Adaptable** and flexible to shifting priorities and roll with the punches in a fast-paced environment.
- **Independent** work style, capable of managing time and responsibilities without direct supervision.
