### **Job Overview:**
Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Success Assistant to join our dynamic team. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about improving customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients utilize our products and services effectively while building strong, lasting relationships.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Engagement:**
- Assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through the initial stages of their journey.
- Regularly communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing solutions to any challenges they face with our products or services.
- Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to escalate issues and ensure timely resolution.

3. **Account Management:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Monitor client usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling or additional support.

4. **Feedback Loop:**
- Regularly gather client feedback and insights on their experiences and challenges.
- Work with the product development team to relay customer needs and help in shaping future services.

5. **Training & Development:**
- Assist in creating and providing training materials for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of our services.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

6. **Reporting:**
- Prepare and present weekly reports on customer success metrics and client feedback.
- Analyze data to uncover trends and areas for improvement in customer experience.

7. **Team Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, learnings, and best practices to improve overall customer success strategies.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to foster a positive working environment.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or customer success roles.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is an advantage.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient – Ability to handle challenges and stress effectively, staying motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable – Comfortable with changing environments and open to learning new skills and processes.
