Job Description:

As a Customer Success Associate at Eco World Development Group Berhad, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. You will be the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and providing them with the necessary support to ensure a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
2. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
4. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
5. Conduct customer feedback surveys and analyze data to drive strategic initiatives.
6. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our offerings.
7. Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through the implementation process.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our customers.
9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
10. Meet and exceed customer success metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
3. Energetic and resilient personality traits.
4. Strong persuasion and adaptability skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
