#### Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Success Officer to join our remote team. As a Customer Success Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your main focus will be to create meaningful relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive their success and our organizational goals.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction with our services and identify opportunities for improvement.

- **Onboarding and Training:**
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are familiar with our systems and services.
- Develop and deliver training sessions or materials that empower clients to use our products effectively.

- **Performance Tracking and Reporting:**
- Monitor client usage metrics and success indicators to proactively identify and address any issues.
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients, showcasing achievements and opportunities for further growth.

- **Feedback and Improvement:**
- Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product enhancements and service delivery improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client concerns and implement strategic solutions.

- **Innovation and Problem Solving:**
- Utilize creative thinking to develop innovative solutions that enhance the client experience and streamline processes.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new client success initiatives.

- **Collaboration and Mentorship:**
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Contribute to a workplace culture that fosters inclusivity and mentorship, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.

#### Requirements:

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in a customer success, account management, or related role, ideally within the healthcare industry.

- Reliable: Proactively manage responsibilities and deadlines, demonstrating dependability in all aspects of the role.
- Driven: Motivated to achieve personal and organizational goals with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

- **Soft Skills:**

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- **Remote Work Capability:** Comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection and the ability to self-manage time and tasks effectively.
