**Job Description:**

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Customer Success Representatives. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for candidates with no prior experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, customer-centric environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services, fostering long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Engagement:**
- Assist customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

2. **Onboarding Support:**
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, helping them understand product features and functionality.
- Develop and deliver customer training sessions via webinars or one-on-one interactions.

3. **Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Identify and understand customer needs and challenges to proactively address them.

4. **Feedback Collection:**
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate customer insights and contribute to future enhancements.

5. **Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data integrity in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction metrics and improvement initiatives.

6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the sales and product development teams to share customer insights and feedback.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas that foster a culture of innovation.

7. **Continuous Learning:**
- Stay informed about the company's products and industry trends to effectively support customers.
- Engage in professional development opportunities as directed by management.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent; pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience is required; however, any internship or volunteer experience in customer service or related areas is advantageous.
- **Personality Traits:** Reliable and dedicated individuals who show a strong commitment to customer service and team goals.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and guide customers towards solutions.
- Planning: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with CRM software and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
