- **Documentation:** Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system to support team collaboration and continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing and sales teams to share customer insights and feedback that may inform product development and service enhancements.
- **Training and Support:** Provide assistance in training customers on product features and best practices, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience in customer service are encouraged to apply.
