Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in George Town, Penang. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are adaptable, great communicators, and have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction.3. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.4. Process booking requests and cancellations with attention to detail.5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes.6. Maintain customer records and update systems with relevant information.7. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.8. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:1. Passionate and dedicated individual with strong customer service skills.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3.
