### Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat. Respond to inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- **Problem-solving:** Analyze customer issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective measures. Collaborate with other departments when necessary to address complex problems.
- **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in our customer management system for future reference.
- **Follow-up:** Ensure that customers are satisfied with the resolution of their issues through follow-up communications.
- **Knowledge Base Management:** Update and maintain the internal knowledge base with new information and insights gathered from customer interactions.
- **Feedback Gathering:** Actively solicit feedback from customers to improve overall service and report findings to management.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with colleagues to discuss customer insights, share best practices, and assist in creating a positive work environment.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
- **Reporting:** Generate weekly and monthly reports on customer interactions, issues resolved, and suggestions for improvements.
### Requirements:
- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of resolving customer issues and managing inquiries efficiently.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is an advantage.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with customer management software and remote working tools. Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite.
