### **Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role, preferably in a remote or dynamic work environment.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely while relating to diverse customer backgrounds.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in customer support tools and software (e.g., CRM systems), along with strong computer skills and familiarity with remote work technologies.
