**Position Overview**:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with Eco World Development. Your role is critical in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services and products. We are looking for an energetic, adaptable, and driven individual who is passionate about excellent customer service and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, and live chat) in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services, including details on eco-friendly development initiatives.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively by employing problem-solving techniques and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our internal systems, ensuring details are logged for future reference and analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient resolutions, escalate complex issues as needed, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify trends or recurrent issues customers face and suggest improvements to processes, products, or services based on feedback.
- Assist in developing and maintaining FAQ documents and self-help resources for customers to enhance their experience.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service skills, and eco-friendly practices.
- Help promote a positive and supportive team environment by actively engaging with co-workers and participating in team activities.

**Requirements**:
- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in customer support or a related field, preferably in a remote work environment.
- **Personality Traits**: Must be energetic, driven, and eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer engagement.
- Empathy and patience to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
