The Customer Support Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or related role.
- Confident and energetic attitude with a strong passion for customer service.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Malay.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Innovative mindset with a proven ability to contribute fresh ideas that enhance customer engagement.
- Availability to work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
