**Overview:**
Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner while ensuring their concerns are heard and understood.

- **Problem Resolution:** Identify, analyze, and address customer issues, providing timely and appropriate solutions. Employ effective problem-solving skills to resolve challenges and escalate matters as necessary.

- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of Boustead Holdings Berhad's products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers. Stay updated on changes and improvements in offerings.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions in the company's CRM system. Ensure all customer communications are documented promptly and comprehensively.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and product offerings. Collaborate with the relevant departments to drive improvements based on customer insights.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and departments such as sales, operations, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices.

- **Training Participation:** Engage in any training programs offered by the company to enhance knowledge and skills. Stay abreast of industry trends to improve service quality.

### **Requirements:**

**Education and Experience:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer support or related roles.

**Key Skills:**

- **Soft Skills:** Exceptional problem-solving abilities and people management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for active listening.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in utilizing CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with online chat and ticketing systems is advantageous.
