### Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at QSR Brands, you will be responsible for:
1. **Customer Communication:**
- Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and promote our products and services.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions by gathering necessary information and assisting them accordingly.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management when needed.
3. **Documentation & Reporting:**
- Document customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system accurately and promptly.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents as necessary.
- Prepare weekly reports on customer feedback and service trends to enhance the support process.
4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the sales and product development teams to relay customer feedback and improve product offerings.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions on improving customer service processes.
5. **Training & Development:**
- Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Share best practices with team members to elevate the overall performance of the customer support team.
### Requirements
#### **Experience & Education:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
#### **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM platforms, and basic IT troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other online collaboration tools.
#### **Personality Traits:**
