**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction**:

2. **Issue Resolution**:
- Identify customer needs and determine appropriate solutions.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our case management system.

3. **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of UMW Holdings Berhad's products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Update and refine knowledge based on product changes and training materials.

4. **Collaboration**:
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience and improve processes.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss customer feedback, challenges, and solutions.

5. **Feedback and Reporting**:
- Gather and report customer feedback and insights to management to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Proactively suggest ideas for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

6. **Adaptability and Growth**:
- Exhibit adaptability in a fast-paced environment and embrace changes in products, policies, and procedures.
- Engage in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and advance career growth.

**Requirements:**

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

- Passionate: A genuine interest in helping customers and improving their experience.

- **Soft Skills**:
- Teamwork: Strong ability to work collaboratively and support team objectives.

- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus, but not required.
