We are looking for a result-oriented e-commerce executive / Assistant Manager who has a passion for e-commerce and a desire to join us in driving growth and innovation within the kidswear industry.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the day-to-day platform management to ensure optimal performance across all platforms (eg. Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Zalora).
-Plan and execute campaigns across all platforms in alignment with the brand's overall business objectives.
-Analyse the performance of campaigns and online initiatives to identify successes, growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
-Manage and support livestream sessions and conduct regular performance review.
-Plan and execute affiliate marketing to drive brand awareness and revenue.
-Monitor and assist to manage product listings to ensure accurate product information, pricing and inventory level across all platforms.
-Monitor order management to ensure timely order fulfilment and assist when necessary.
-Monitor and assist to handle customer enquiries and reviews to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long term customer loyalty.
-Coordinate with both internal and external cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
-Contribute to the activation of brand content and presence across all platforms.
-Collaborate in the creation and execution of dynamic social media content in alignment with the brand's marketing goals.
-Assist in the implementation of customer retention strategies to drive repeat purchases and foster long term customer loyalty.
-Research and analyse consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor landscape to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into key actions.
-Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

; Requirements:-
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
-1 – 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
-Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and KPIs.
-Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-Solution-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a sense of responsibility.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
-Proficiency in English and Chinese language is a must.
-Familiarity with digital marketing is a plus
