Key Responsibilities -Merchant Acquisition: - Identify and onboard new merchants that align with the client's objectives.
- Present partnership opportunities, negotiate terms, and close agreements.
-Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.
- Serve as the main point of contact for merchants, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
-Market Research and Insights: - Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to identify new opportunities.
- Gather feedback from merchants to refine processes and improve service offerings.
-Compliance and Documentation: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of merchant interactions and agreements.

-Experience: -Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
-Strong understanding of merchant operations and customer-centric solutions.
-Skills: -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-An insightful individual able to provide new perspectives to our clients, merchants and management.
