Key ResponsibilitiesMerchant Acquisition :
- Identify and onboard new merchants that align with the client's objectives.
- Present partnership opportunities, negotiate terms, and close agreements.Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.
- Serve as the main point of contact for merchants, addressing concerns and providing solutions.Market Research and Insights :
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to identify new opportunities.
- Gather feedback from merchants to refine processes and improve service offerings.Compliance and Documentation :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of merchant interactions and agreements.
Job RequirementsKey Qualifications
Education : Possess at least a recognized Diploma/Degree/Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent.
Experience :
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Strong understanding of merchant operations and customer-centric solutions.
Skills :
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- An insightful individual able to provide new perspectives to our clients, merchants, and management.
