Service Crew Serve customers politely and efficientlyPrepare food products to the correct specificationEnsure dining areas, kitchen and equipment are clean and tidyHandle guest inquiries and complaints in courteous and efficient manner.Recommend signature dishes and beverage of the hotel.Ensure customers satisfaction level towards food and services.Answer the telephone, booking reservations and moving tables together to accommodate large parties.
