Installation of PC, printers, network switchesCheck and maintain computer hardware and peripherals such as mouse, keyboards, printers and scanners, computer networkingInstall, configure and manage software and their functions according to specificationsEnsure security and privacy of networks and computer systemsTroubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely mannerMaintain records/logs of repairs and fixesPerform preventive maintenance for computers and printersWork under pressure with minimum supervision, and meet SLA and KPI given Requirements: Previous working experience as IT Technician for at least 3 years is an advantageFresh graduates are encourage to applyAt least Skill Certificate (SKM / others), Diploma in Computer Science, engineering or similar relevant fieldProblem solver and attention to detailsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding organizational and time-management skillsHands on experience with diverse computer systems and networksProfessional Certification as IT Technician will be a big plusFamiliar with Windows 7, 10, 11, office 2013, office 2016, O365Solid knowledge in Windows base applications and systemAble to work according to rules and regulationsWork onsite at customer's premisePossesses own transport (car) with valid driving licenseLocal MalaysianCoverage area: Kluang, Ayer Hitam, Batu Pahat and nearby area
