Front Office Agent / Guest Service Officer

Responsibilities: To assist with daily operation at Front Office.To assist guests during arrival and departure.To build guest loyalty and satisfaction, while maximising room revenue and occupancy.To create unforgettable stay for our guests.To handle guest's enquiry, feedback and reservation.To sell tours packages. Key Requirements: At least 3 years working experience in hospitality industry.Posses tours knowledges is an added advantage.Cheerful person.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in speaking English and Mandarin.Working on shift and flexible to work on weekends / public holidays.Administrative skills - Good at Microsoft Words & Excel.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
