General Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:- To assist and support the Committee in managing the day-to-day operations of the Club.Oversee Financial, Administrative and Operational functions of the Club. Prepare financial and annual budget, manage the execution of financial budget and plan.Strategize, formulate and execution of approved plans, for progressive development of the Club.Responsible for the control and overall supervision of all Club activities for members of the Club. Liaise with internal and external service providers to ensure delivery on expectationsTo perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Committee from time to time.Job Requirements:- A degree in relevant discipline, with at least 5 years' experience in management position.Age between 35 years and 65 years old.At least 10 years' experience in golf industry in middle to upper management.Self-driven with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.The ability to supervise a pool of managers and able to interact with members of the Club.Action and result orientedRemuneration Competitive salary and attractive benefits will be offered to the successful candidate.
