We are looking for a dedicated Homestay Customer Service Representative to join our team and ensure our guests receive top-notch service from check-in to check-out.
Working location: R&F Princess Cove, Johor Bahru
Responsibilities: Guest Check-Ins and Check-Outs: Ensure a smooth and efficient process for guest check-ins and check-outs, handling all related administrative tasks, including verification of reservation details, processing payments, and managing room assignments.Customer Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints, offer suitable solutions and alternatives quickly, and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.Liaison Duties: Act as the key liaison between the front desk and housekeeping and technician teams to ensure that rooms are prepared on time and that any maintenance issues are promptly addressed.Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest requests and resolving issues quickly to maintain high guest satisfaction.Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, reservations, and guest communications in the property management system, and prepare regular reports on various operational metrics.Collaboration: Work closely with other staff and departments to improve service delivery and operational efficiency, participating in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed of policy changes and updates.
Qualifications :
Minimum one (1) year working experience in the related field in the hospitality and/or hotel industry or customer service industry.Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin proficiency is a bonusWell-versed with the hotel's facilities and services and special promotions. Good communication, interpersonal, planning, organization, team player and problem-solving skills.With the surrounding environment, independent, pleasant and professional personality.Strong eye for detail to ensure all data is entered correctly.Patient and calm in attending to any emergency situations and difficult guests.Able to work various shift hours, nights, weekends, and public holidays.Open to candidates of all genders
