You'll be the friendly face at G Residence front desk, making sure everything at the suites runs smoothly. From greeting guests to managing the suite's daily operations, you're the go-to person! Plus, you get to show off your social media skills by running our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts. If you love customer service and creating social contents, this is the role for you!
Work Location: Alor SetarSchedule: Full-timeSalary Range: RM1500++Working Hours: 9 hours per dayWorking Days: 6 days a week DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES Welcome guests with a smile, help them with check-ins, check-outs, and any questions they might have.Handle room bookings and cancellations and keep the housekeeping and maintenance teams in the loop.Make sure every guest feels heard—respond to their requests and solve any issues quickly.Get creative managing the hotel's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). You'll post fun content, keep our followers engaged, and reply to messages.Keep an eye on online reviews and respond to guest feedback.Help organize hotel events, promotions, and marketing campaigns, both online and in-house. MUST HAVE Fresh graduate? No problem! We're excited to work with you.You can chat confidently in both English and Bahasa.You know your way around social media—Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok are your playgrounds.You're flexible—ready to work weekends, public holidays, and different shifts if needed.You've got basic skills in Microsoft Office.You love providing awesome guest experiences and know how to engage people online.You're legally allowed to work in Malaysia with a valid work permit (we don't assist with Visa/permit applications).
