RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic HRLeadership: Develop and execute HRstrategies that aligns with ECRI's mission and businessobjectives.TalentManagement: Lead workforce planning andtalent development initiatives, ensuring the attraction,development, and retention of top talent across all levels of theorganization.EmployeeRelations: Foster a positive andinclusive workplace environment, handling all employee relationsissues and providing guidance to managers and employees onHR-relatedmatters.OrganizationalDevelopment: Implement organizationalchange initiatives, working closely with leadership to managetransitions, improve business processes, and support companygrowth.Learning andDevelopment: Develop, implement andexecute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with theorganization's businessobjectives.PerformanceManagement: Oversee the performancemanagement cycle, ensuring clear communication of objectives,continuous feedback, and robust development plans foremployees.Complianceand Policy Management: Ensure compliance with alllocal labor laws and regulations, reviewing and updating HRpolicies and procedures asneeded.Culture andEngagement: Drive engagement programs andinitiatives that support a strong, positive workplaceenvironment.HROperations:Lead HR operations, including payroll, compensation, and benefitsmanagement, ensuring efficiency and alignment with companypolicies.REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in HumanResources Management or Business Administration with aspecialization in HR)Minimum 5 years of managerialexperience in a HRfunction.Strong knowledge of labor laws andregulations.Strong experience in EmployeeRelations and bestpractices.Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintainstrong relationships with employees andmanagement.Proven ability to manage multipleprojects and prioritize taskseffectively.
