We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Senior/Executive to oversee the full employee lifecycle within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of human resources principles and practices, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels effectively. The HR Senior/Executive will be crucial in supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement and experience, performance management, and offboarding processes. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition · Support the Corporate HR team in sourcing and screening candidates to identify top talent aligned with organizational requirements. · Support in building a talent pool for existing roles for succession planning purposes. · Liaise with the recruitment team to support manpower placements. Onboarding and Orientation · Facilitate effective orientation and onboarding of new joiners. · Provide guidance and support to new hires through monthly check-ins. · Data entry of new hires into payroll software. · Administration of leave management, and other employee benefits Offboarding · Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and exit formalities. · Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for organizational improvement. · Ensure compliance with payroll and legal requirements related to employee separation. · Facilitate the collection and documentation of office assets from departing employees. Employee Relations · Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. · Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively. · Identify performance trends and recommend interventions to enhance individual and team effectiveness. Employee Engagement and Experience · Assist in conducting quarterly surveys on employee engagement levels. · Assist in planning and conducting quarterly Townhalls and other staff engagement activities. · Prepare engagement reports using statistics and data collected. · Implement engagement initiatives and recommend ideas that would help to engage the ground workforce Requirements · Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent. · At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Technology industry or IT Outsourcing Services environment. · Prior experience in recruitment is an advantage. · Proficient in Microsoft Office tools i.e. Word, Excel, Hellosign/Docusign. · Prior experience in SAGE EasyPay system is an advantage. · Detailed and meticulous with his/her work. · Must be able to communicate effectively both spoken and written in English. · Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful. · Must be able to work from office, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) Working location: · Medini, Iskandar Puteri (Johor Bahru, Malaysia) Benefits · Flexible Work Arrangement Policy. · Leave and Medical benefits. · Training and Development · Insurance opportunities to work and collaborate in person with the Singapore team
