Human Resource Management Trainee

Job Description:
Assist the HR Manager in implementing and managing the performance management system and training.Support the continuous evaluation and improvement of performance management processes.Provide guidance to employees on the performance management process.Support the HR Manager in developing and executing an internship program that focuses on selecting suitable candidates and reducing training time for departments like Kaleoz.Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of the internship program, ensuring it aligns with long-term talent development goals.Help to integrate entrepreneurial skills and mindset development into the internship curriculum to enhance the program's impact.Work closely with the HR Manager to promote an entrepreneurial mindset within the organization, encouraging innovation and creative problem-solving among employees.Assist in developing initiatives that foster entrepreneurship, collaborating with department heads to implement programs that support business growth and employee development.Assist in the design and rollout of pulse surveys to gauge employee sentiment and measure the impact of change management initiatives.Analyze survey results, identify trends, and collaborate with HR teams to recommend improvements.Monitor the effectiveness of pulse surveys in capturing actionable insights to improve engagement and organizational performance.Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager to ensure good team productivity and meet business needs.Job Requirements:
No experience is required as training will be provided.Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or equivalent qualification.Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English & Mandarin.Possess experience in Learning and Development and/or Talent Management, or related experience building, delivering, and measuring high-impact learning experiences is an advantage.Demonstrated customer focus and strong action orientation.Ability to think strategically, independently, and creatively, and take ownership of critical issues.Strong personal leadership and relationship-building skills and demonstrated experience supporting cultural change and influencing key stakeholders.Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, changing environment.Knowledge of and experience in team dynamics, career development, coaching, and leadership development.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace, and project management applications; e-learning development is an advantage.Summary of role requirements:Looking for candidates available to work:Monday: Morning
