Human resources work: Work collaboratively with other department to understand business objectives and candidate requirements for open positions. Responsible for recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding process, ensure procedure is followed correctly.Maintain and update employee file, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in, and process statutory payments (i.e., EPF, SOCSO).Responsible for Employment Pass' applications, endorsement, cancellation, extension, etc.Administrative work:   Provide daily administrative service support for the company, as well as overseas office leasing, administrative fixed assets overall management.Responsible for the management of the company's administrative documents.Responsible for the establishment of overseas administrative service structure, policy and management system.Responsible for foreign business reception and meeting arrangement.Assistant work Assist the general manager in resource organization, project management and team management, regularly report the progress of the project;Responsible for communication and coordination with local government departments and various agencies in Malaysia, as well as work exchanges with various partners;Business reception, translation work and Meeting Records.Other routine work.Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or above, major is not limited.Minimum of 5 years' related working experience.Good communication in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.Good interpersonal communication skills with possess problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
