About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join the Administration team at Mars Global Sdn Bhd in Kulai, Johor. In this full-time role, you will provide invaluable support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day HR operations.
HR Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Maintain employee records and update databases with new hire information.Support onboarding processes for new employees, including preparation of orientation materials.Assist in administering employee benefits programs and answering employee inquiries.Help with payroll processing and timekeeping tasks.Organize training sessions and employee development programs.Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation for compliance.Administrative Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate department.Taking down minutes of meeting when needed.Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for HR-related events.Assist with the organization and filing of documents, both physical and digital.Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.What we're looking for At least Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR assistant role.What we offer
