Internship - Sales And Customer Service

Lips Carpenter is a thriving e-commerce brand specializing in sustainable and natural skincare and beauty products. We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales and Customer Service Interns based in Mont Kiara. 
Note: While the internship period can be flexible, candidates must be available for the entire month of December.

Job Responsibilities:



-Assist in managing bazaar/booth setup, breakdown, planning and serving customers.


-Provide friendly and exceptional customer service both in-person at bazaar and online.


-Showcase our products and assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.


-Assist with packing and shipping orders.


-Maintain accurate inventory and sales records.


-Be prepared to assist with other tasks as needed to support the business's goals.
