Job Descriptions: Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and software.Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.Monitor and Maintain computer event logs, performance and update all documentation.Be familiar with all hardware, software, backup and network operating system.Provide orientation to new users of existing technology, IT policy and procedure.Maintain and update inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.Monitor and maintain email usage and troubleshoot any related issues.Monitor internet usage and accessibility.Provide recommendations about accessing information and support.To undertake other duties or information technology projects as delegated. Job Requirements: IT Certified or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.Fresh graduate or at least 1 year working experience in similar capacity with system support and technical.Good communication skills.Able to work under minimal supervision.
