Media Prima Berhad is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Live Chat Assistant. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions in real-time through our live chat platform.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Engagement:** Respond to live chat inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary in a timely manner.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain deep knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to help improve products, services, and the overall customer experience.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance customer service strategies and streamline communication processes.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather and report customer feedback and insights to assist in the improvement of services and the overall customer journey.
- **Adaptability:** Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, services, and policies in order to provide accurate and relevant information.
- **Performance Metrics:** Achieve set performance metrics for response times, quality, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in training sessions and team meetings to refine skills and knowledge, contributing to individual and team development.

- **Education:** No formal experience required; fresh graduates and those with a strong interest in customer service are encouraged to apply.
