**Job Description:**
Hartalega Holdings Berhad, a leader in the manufacturing of latex products, is seeking a dedicated and resilient Live Chat Assistant to join our team. This remote part-time position requires an individual with strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent people management skills to provide outstanding support to our customers via live chat. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing our service experience.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide prompt and effective support to customers through live chat, addressing inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in navigating our website and product offerings, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and expertise, ensuring a positive outcome while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and technical support, to address complex inquiries and escalated issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, including feedback and resolutions, in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Monitor live chat performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and helping achieve team efficiency targets.
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Engage in company corporate social responsibility initiatives, contributing to community impact projects when possible.
- Assist in the creation and updating of FAQs and support guides based on common customer inquiries.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat or online support role.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and managing customer relationships effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a keen ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- A resilient and dedicated personality, with a commitment to going the extra mile for customers.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- High-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace to conduct remote work effectively.
