**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or remote support environment.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using customer support software, chat platforms, and basic troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with telecommunications products is a plus.
