**Key Responsibilities:**

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through our live chat platform.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services, addressing any customer issues or concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while communicating with customers to ensure a positive interaction experience.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate them to the relevant departments as necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.

3. **Documentation:**
- Record customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Analyze chat data and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and communicate these insights to your team.

4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other team members to improve overall customer service operations and strategies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing customer experience initiatives.

5. **Continuous Learning:**
- Stay informed about product updates, service changes, and industry trends to effectively manage customer queries.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance personal and professional skills.

**Requirements:**

**Education & Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Resourceful: Ability to think critically and independently to find solutions to customer issues.

**Soft Skills:**

**Technical Skills:**
