Responsibilities Organize and manage the safe keeping of documents, records and maintain an organized filing for effective data retrieving for site storeAttending incoming calls ,typing and sorting mailRegularly check and maintain record of necessary office suppliesAny and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.· Get all trucks for puspakom booking & communicated with Runner· Planning for preparation trucks maintenances update for puspakom checking.· Ones puspakom test passed, Do arrangement of trucks & Trailer roadtax renewal at JPJ· Handling of Trucks Saman at JPJ. Provide the documentation & cooperate with JPJ officers how to settle all the saman.· Process for Company name changes to Different company at JPJ.· Process of temporary suspense for Trucks & Trailer to avoid Puspakom saman· Process documentation to get new reprint Vehicle grants· Process documentation of down grade trailers dealing at JPJ· Handling the News trucks, follow up trailer's insurances with HR & JPJ process· Handling all suppliers for urgent purchase spare parts for Trucks & Trailer· Handling All suppliers credit term documentation & all type oil to purchase with lower price· Communicated with finances team to settle all supplier payments· Prepare all Trucks Monthly services, Workshop, all trucks & trailers spare parts expenses report· Follow up on trucks & trailers New, Recorn, Slop Tyres & spare parts stocks.· Handling Petty Cash & Road Tax cash Float· GPS Checking for All Vicheles for Services· Prepare Stock Report.Requirements Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishAt least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
